LUCID’s Managing Partner, Jonathan Franks grew up in politics in Washington D.C., and spent the first part of his career working in the political sphere, on and off Capitol Hill. Often clients come to us with a particular cause or idea to fix a problem that they would like to air on a political stage. LUCID leverages the media and creative strategy generation to highlight the client’s cause or idea and drum interest which we then translate to action in Government.

Often times, our clients not based in D.C. find negotiating the political process very trying, as it is not very user friendly, even for the most experienced operative. We design forward thinking, results oriented strategies to get our clients’ messages across to policy makers in a variety of unique ways that transcend the traditional, and much maligned label of “lobbying.”

LUCID maintains a D.C. presence, and can be on the ground very quickly after engagement, immediately executing a carefully conceived strategy, often at a fraction of the price of more traditional solutions.
