Public Relations can be used for many things including building a rapport with employees, customers, investors, voters even the general public. Public Relations falls under many categories itself, such as Financial which deal with providing information mainly to business reporters, Product which deal with gaining publicity for a particular product or service through PR tactics rather than utilizing advertising. And also Crisis which respond to negative accusations of information.
